The marriage of Miss Carrie Louise Beck, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H. Wayne Beck, all of Hanover, to Joseph Lee Barker, son of Mrs. Henry Van Gils and Mr. Wilbur Lee Barker, all of Ashland, took place May 19, 2007 at First Baptist Church in Ashland. The Rev. Robert Thompson officiated.
After a honeymoon in Disney World the couple will reside in Richmond.
