Chris and Jenn Whitlock of Mechanicsville are proud to announce the birth of their daughter, Claire Elise Whitlock, born Nov. 5, 2009 at 5:46 p.m. weighing 6 lbs. 9 oz. and 20 inches long.

Claire was welcomed home by Great Grandmother Elsie McGhee, big sister Ella Grace and “big brother” Foster.

Proud Great Grand parents are Donald and Marion Beck of Richmond, and grandparents Nelson and Marie Elam and Ed and Linda Whitlock, all of Hanover.
