Brian and Wendy Fisher of New Bern, N.C. announce the engagement of their daughter, Rebecca Ann Fisher of Raleigh, N.C. to Chad Earle Minton of Raleigh, N.C., son of Dennis E. Minton of Ashland and Suzanne Criswell of Mechanicsville.
A June 2, 2007 wedding is planned. Afterwards, the couple will reside in New Bern, N.C.
