Mr. and Mrs. Bob Fogleman of Mechanicsville are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Kelly Renee Fogleman to Brandon Wayne Manshack, son of Eddie and Cynthia Rowell of Pineville, N.C.
Kelly is a 2003 graduate of Atlee High School. She graduated from Wingate University in 2007 where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services. Brandon is also a 2007 graduate of Wingate University where he played football for four years. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications.
A December 29 wedding is planned in Pineville, N.C.
