Mr. and Mrs. Kevin Lawrence Harvey of Mechanicsville are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Miss Ann Caroline Harvey of Richmond, to Bradley Wayne Turner of Midlothian, son of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Wayne Turner of Powhatan.

Miss Harvey is a graduate of Atlee H.S. and the Univ. of VA. (BA in Economics & member of the track team). Mr. Turner is a graduate of James River H.S. and the Univ. of VA. (BS in Commerce).

The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Benjamin Brooks Williams III of Mechanicsville.

An August 2008 wedding is planned.
