The marriage of Miss Danielle Nicole Jacobs of Mechanicsville, daughter of Norman and Laura Jacobs III of Mechanicsville to Andrew Dean Patterson, son of Larry and Lynda Patterson of Miamisburg, Ohio, took place on June 5, 2010 at Monument Heights Baptist Church in Richmond.

Danielle is the granddaughter of Norman Jacobs, Jr. and the late Inez Jacobs of Mechanicsville and Harriet Wilson of King William and the late Jack Cawthorn of Palatka, Fla.

Andrew is the grandson of Joyce Philpot and the late Warren Philpot of Miamisburg, Ohio and Martha Patterson of Miamisburg, Ohio.

Danielle and Andrew are 2009 graduates of Liberty University.  Danielle received a Communications degree and Andrew received his degree in Graphic Design.  They are both employed at VCU Medical Center.

After a night at The Jefferson Hotel, the couple traveled to Hershey Park, Pa. and Niagara Falls, Canada for their honeymoon. The couple resides in Mechanicsville.
