The marriage of Ms. Dawn Michelle Jones of Mechanicsville, daughter of Mr. Roy Donald Jones and the late Mrs. Judith Anne Jones of Mechanicsville, to Mr. Preston Neal Blair of Mechanicsville, son of Mrs. Jackie V. Blair and the late Mr. Cornelius F. Blair of Mechanicsville, took place Sunday, July 3, 2011 at the Hanover Tavern. The Reverend Walter J. Mann, officiated.
Dawn and Neal shared vows with family and friends at a beautiful outdoor wedding at the Hanover Tavern in Hanover County. The maid of honor was the bride’s best friend, Shannon Plaster. The best man was Scott Lambert friend of the groom and Sondra Plaster served as Mistress of ceremonies.

The bride is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University and is employed with Bon Secours Health Systems of Virginia. The groom is a graduate of Lee-Davis High School and is co-owner of Rose Hill Stables. He is a horse trainer and riding instructor in the Richmond area.

The couple honeymooned at Sandals Resort on the island of St. Lucia and will reside in Mechanicsville, Virginia with their beloved Maltese terrier Baby Niki upon their return.
