Mitchell and Stacy Carter are proud to announce the birth of their son, Kohen Reid Carter, born April 25,2008 at 2:16 p.m. at Henrico Doctor’s Hospital.  Kohen weighed 7 lbs. and was 19.5 inches long.  Kohen was welcomed by his proud big brother Cullen, grandparents Mitch and Linda Carter of Quinton and Doug and Cathy Kennedy of Montpelier, Uncle and Aunt Gerald Carter of Quinton and Lauren Kennedy of Richmond.  We would like to thank Dr. Nan O’Connell and the nurses at Henrico Doctor’s Hospital for the wonderful care!
