Mr. and Mrs. Ronald L. Tidd Sr. are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Miss Elizabeth Anne Tidd, to Mr. Larry Keith Mull, son of Mr. and Mrs. George Ramkey, all of Mechanicsville, and Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Mull of Wilson, N.C. Miss Tidd is the daughter of the late Mrs. Marcia (Marine) Tidd of Mechanicsville.

Miss Tidd is a graduate of Lee-Davis High School and a 2004 graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, where she received her BS degree in Business Administration/Mgmt.

Mr. Mull is a graduate of Lee-Davis High School and served four years in the Unites State Marine Corps during Desert Storm.

A November 2008 wedding is planned.
