The marriage of Miss Emily Garnett Loving of Mechanicsville daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Linwood Earl Loving of Mechanicsville to Jason Lee Wells of Mechanicsville son of Mr. and Mrs. Jay Leighton Wells of Mechanicsville took place March 8, 2008 at Northside Baptist Church in Mechanicsville. The Rev. Kendall Peters officiated.
Elizabeth D. Loving of Aylett, sister of the bride was the maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Miss Nicole W. Campbell of Richmond, sister of the bride, Mrs. Nicole D. Campbell of Aylett, sister-in-law of the bride, Mrs. Melinda W. Jones, of Mechanicsville, sister of the groom, and Miss Mary W. Peters, of Richmond, cousin of the bride.
Mr. Jay L. Wells of Mechanicsville, father of the groom was the best man. Groomsmen were Mr. Wesley Young of King William, Mr. Colin Campbell of Aylett, brother of the bride, Mr. Gene Taylor of Glenn Allen, Mr. Bryce Lawrence and Mr. Jereme Yoho of Mechanicsville.
A reception was held at Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden.
After the couple’s honeymoon in Jamaica they plan to reside in King William.
