“This case epitomizes the value in agencies working together to apprehend criminals who have no boundaries. I am very proud of the excellent police work done by the investigators in the Hanover County Sheriff’s Office and the Henrico Division of Police. Their efforts, I am sure, will give construction companies in the metro area some relief that an individual capable of so much destruction has been apprehended,” said Col. V. Stuart Cook, sheriff of Hanover County.
