If you would like to help others during the upcoming holiday season, the Hanover County Departments of Community Resources and Social Services have developed a list of opportunities for you.

Found at http://www.HanoverVolunteers.org/, “Making the Holidays Bright” can be your source of holiday assistance in Hanover County. It includes listings of places where you can make a monetary donation; how you can fulfill the wishes of a specific individual or family; opportunities to donate an item or gift that you create; places to which you can donate needed items that you create; and places where you can share your time.
