Racial epithets painted on the fence of a family’s home in Hanover (see story on page 2).
It’s something one hoped never to see again in these supposedly more enlightened times.
The victimized homeowner was kind enough to offer up the idea that the culprits might not realize what they had done, and offered prayers for them.
Let’s all hope that the guilty parties turn themselves in or are apprehended by law enforcement.
And then let the full weight of the law descend upon them, and discourage any others who might contemplate spreading racial discord in Hanover.
