Local Boy Raises Money for Charity Mon. Mar 31, 2008
Michael Lenzi Jr., a local Hanover resident and student at Rural Point Elementary School, held his first lemonade stand last month. He set up shop at the Pole Green Produce stand. Thanks to Gwen and her generous staff, the local residents, family, and friends Michael raised $89.50 for the animals at the Hanover Humane Society. He also added some of his own savings to his grand total to benefit the animals. Michael hopes to make this an annual event.
