Martial Artits Practice At New School

Attached is a photo of two of my students practicing self-defense techniques. Martial Arts World of Mechanicsville opened a school at Brandy Hill Plaza next to Food Lion on September 4. In this photo, two of our students from one of the other 6 central VA locations is practicing self-defense techniques. Martial Arts World programs develop self confidence, leadership, discipline, physical fitness, relieve stress as well as teach self-defense.
