Mechanicsville resident Davis L. Aimsley started competing in body-building shows at the age of 58. Now at 61, he is still competing. “God has blessed me with good health so I’m going to stay at it,” he said. “I feel anyone, no matter of their age are able to do the same or better. We all need to give it a try, stay and feel healthy no matter what our age is. If I could do it I feel many more older people like myself can. Have faith in God and yourselves.”
