Submitted by Joncie Albright Three Rural Point Elementary students represented RPES and placed at the Elk’s Club Greater Richmond Area Shoot-off on January 15 at Hermitage High School. Olivia Adams, won her age division and advances to their District Shoot-off in Fredericksburg this month.
