Henrico pulls upset over Hanover
Paul Bateera pitched a complete game and was 3 for 4 at the plate in leading Henrico over Hanover 7-1 in the Capital District final.
Jordan Doggett went 2 for 2 with two runs for the Warriors and Landon Prentess added a two-run double.
Andrew Knizner was 2 for 3 with a run scored for the Hawks.
Henrico will play at Douglas Freeman on Tuesday.

Davis over Hanover 11-2 in the title game.
Lacie Madison was 3 for 4 and Taylor Melton finished 2 for 2 with a double for the Confederates. Hanover’s
Erica Albright was 2 for 4 with a double and an RBI and Shawna Kirby was 1 for 3 with two runs.

Lee-Davis blanks Atlee in Capital
Antonio DeOlivera scored a goal in each half, and Caleb Lewis and Blake Thompson also scored as Lee-Davis defeated Atlee 4-0 in the district championship game.
Stevens turned aside five shots for the Confederates, who will play host to Mills Godwin in Tuesday’s opening round of the Central Region tournament.
Atlee, as the district runner- up, will playing at Cosby in the first round.
