Lee-Davis 30, No. 7 Atlee 20
Israel Vaughan completed 9 of 15 passes, threw for 200 yards and two touchdowns and had 42 yards rushing and a rushing touchdown as Lee-Davis scored 17 unanswered points in the second quarter to upend No. 7 Atlee 30-20 in a Capital District football matchup Friday night.
The victory secured a Central Region Division 5 playoff spot for the Confederates.
Atlee has already secured a spot in the Division 5 playoffs.
Tyrell Eaton had 115 yards receiving and a touchdown, and Jesse Smith had 50 yards receiving and a touchdown for Lee-Davis (6-4, 3-4).
Ruben Rucker was 20-for-28 for 218 yards, a passing touchdown and a rushing touchdown. Will McCombs had 10 catches for 100 yards to lead the Raiders’ offense.
Cole Stout had 11 tackles and five assists and Jeremy Epps had eight tackles and an assist for Atlee (8-2, 5-2).

A.J. Cuffee returned an interception 40 yards for a touchdown as Hermitage prepared for the Central Region Division 6 playoffs by beating Patrick Henry.
Dylan Jackson finished 10 of 18 passing for 155 yards and a score for the Panthers (10-0, 7-0 Colonial), and Derrick Green (15 carries, 98 yards) had a pair of TDs. Raynard Revels recorded eight tackles and a sack in the win.
K.J. Evans got the Patriots (2-8, 2-5) on the board with a two-yard run, and Chesdin Harrington found Bryson Wong on a 24-yard scoring pass.
